The best way to contact us during the Expo weekend is at the Expo itself.  Please read below our answers to your most common questions.  Please do not email Eric on Expo weekend, instead visit him in his QSO Today Lounge in the Expo.

On the Expo Day: 

Login Issues - send a message to qsotoday@getvfairs.io.  They are staffed to help you getting into the Expo. 

Billing issues:  Your credit card statement should say KEG Media, Inc. DBA QSO Today

I did not get my ticket, how do I log into the Expo? 
When you registered, you were sent a registration confirmation message that explained how to log into the Expo.  If you did not see it, then it may be in your spam folder.  If you paid with Stripe, then Stripe sent you a confirmation message to the same email address that you used to register. 
  1. Go to qsotoday.vfairs.com
  2. Click on LogIn
  3. Use your email address that you used to register
  4. No Password is needed
  5. ​If that does not work, send an email to qsotoday@getvfairs.io
  6. They will respond almost instantly. 

The Links are broken and the registration fails
This happens if your browser cache is full of cookies and links.  Open Chrome in incognito mode, or clean your browser cache of history and cookies.  

Can I use my smart phone or tablet at the Expo? 
While there are now apps for both vFairs, our platform provider, and Kumospace, our lounge provider, we do not support smart phones or tablet computers at the Expo.  The Expo is mean't to be enjoyed on a larger screen.  If your table or smart phone works, Great!!!, but if not, please do not contact us about it. 

Can I come to the Expo on Campground WIFI? 
You kidding?  You need a fast Internet connection to come to the Expo.  If you are camping on Expo weekend, enjoy yourself without the Expo.  Come to the 30 day on demand for all of the presentations. 

Who is KEG Media and why did they charge my credit card? 
If you have a charge for $10.00 on your credit card from KEG Media, Inc. - it is us and for the Expo.   

Is this Event on the Internet? 
It is on the Internet, it is virtual, on the vFairs platform, and does not exist in a physical space.  Please visit our website at qsotodayhamexpo.com and everything is explained.
