Event Policy

  1. When you register for a free or paid ticket, you agree to this Event Policy and the Conference Code of Conduct.
  2. Your credit card bill will say KEG Media, Inc. , the service provider for the QSO Today Academy.  
  3. Refund Policy – There are no ticket transfers or refunds.  All sales are final. 
  4. We will be video recording and taking virtual photographs at QSO Today Academy (as will many of your fellow attendees). Your image may be captured and used at a later time to promote future conferences.  KEG Media, Inc.  retains the rights to those images.
  5. The conference schedule and speakers lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for these changes.
  6. Prizes, if they exist, are awarded by the prize donors including Sponsors and Exhibitors.  The QSO Today Academy only posts prize availability and rules, but is not involved in any prize transactions between givers and winners.  
  7. Paid registration holders may opt out of marketing messages from sponsors and exhibitors, unless specifically requested of the sponsor or exhibitor by the paid registration holder.  
  8. The QSO Today Academy is best enjoyed on an updated Windows, MAC, or Linux laptop or desktop, using a browser based on Chrome.   A large display is recommended to enjoy the event images and presentations.  At least 10 MB downstream speed is recommended.  Public WIFI  especially from rural areas and campgrounds may not work with our event.  We do not guarantee an optimal experience with any non-supported Microsoft OS including XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.   While the QSO Today Academy may work on smartphones and tablets, we do not support them and guarantee that they work.
