If I am a vendor representative in the booth in the exhibit hall, how do I engage with a booth visitor?
A: You will be notified when a visitor enters your booth through the "chat" button on the booth. It works very much like calling someone on Skype. You can engage with video or audio conferences or text chat. If the visitor has “opted in” during registration, then his/her details will be made available in booth visitor reports generated at the end of the live expo. The chat system is one-to-one. If you want to do a one to many demonstration, then you would use your company's zoom account and post the link on the booth.
